Account & Data Deletion
How to delete your account
Option 1: Delete immediately (signed in)
If you are signed in, use the "Delete My Account" button on this page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Option 2: Submit a deletion request (no sign-in required)
Enter the email address associated with your account in the request form below. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of receiving your request.
Option 3: Email us
Send a deletion request to support@basketballmetrics.app from the email address on your account, and we will process it within 30 days.

You are not currently signed in. You can still request deletion without signing in, using the form below.
Request account deletion
Data that will be deleted
- All shot tracking data and court locations
- All practice sessions and saved games
- Your player roster and per-player statistics
- Free throw, rebound, steal, and turnover records
- Your subscription record and sign-in credentials
Data that is kept, and for how long
- Completed purchase records are retained for tax and accounting purposes for up to 7 years, as required by law
- The deletion request itself is kept for 12 months for record-keeping, then removed
